Champagne A. Grilliat & Fils is a family-run Récoltant-Manipulant estate based in Aÿ-Champagne, founded by Alain Grilliat in 1975 and now led by his son Fabien since 2014, continuing a multi-generational tradition. The domaine farms approximately 5 hectares of Grands and Premiers Crus spread across five vineyard sites including Aÿ, Avize, and Mutigny, with a strong emphasis on Pinot Noir. The house is known for mineral, fresh, and harmonious champagnes that reflect the terroir of the Grande Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs.
