Champagne Abel Jobart is a family-owned récoltant-manipulant based in Sarcy in the Vallée de l'Ardre, founded in 1975 by Abel Jobart and taken over in 2002 by his three sons Laurent, Thierry, and Vincent, who manage 13 hectares of vines. The house specialises in Pinot Meunier, crafting Champagnes that are characterised as frank, fruity, and elegant, with a style rooted in traditional family winemaking and sustainable viticulture (HVE certified). Visitors are welcomed year-round for guided cellar tours and tastings at the estate in Sarcy, located about 12 kilometres west of Reims.
