Champagne Alain David & Fils is a fourth-generation, family-owned récoltant manipulant based in Boursault in the Marne Valley, farming 4.70 hectares under sustainable (HVE3-certified, integrated viticulture) practices. The family — Alain, Nadine, and son Benoît — built their own vat room and cellar in 2013 to vinify their own champagnes, producing a range of around eight cuvées that emphasise terroir-driven expression of local varieties, principally Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.
