Historic Champagne house founded in Épernay in 1864 by Alfred Gratien. One of the last houses to ferment in small oak barrels, with no malolactic fermentation, minimum 36 months cellar ageing, and voluntary limitation to ~300,000 bottles/year. Cellar Master Nicolas Jaeger is the 4th generation in the role.
