Champagne Allouchery-Bailly is a four-generation family estate founded in 1953 as Champagne E. Allouchery & Fils, with the Allouchery-Bailly brand established in 1979 and currently led by Camille Allouchery. Located in Écueil in the Montagne de Reims, their 5.5-hectare Premier Cru vineyard spans Écueil, Villedommange, Chamery, and Sacy, cultivating all three Champagne varieties — Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay — on soils of chalk, sand, clay, and limestone, with sustainable viticulture certification (VDC and HVE).
