Amyot is a family Récoltant-Manipulant Champagne house based in Loches-sur-Ource in the Côte des Bar, producing since the 1930s and now run by third-generation brothers Bertrand and Vincent. The estate farms roughly 22 hectares across Chacenay, Courteron, Essoyes, and Loches-sur-Ource using sustainable methods, and is notable for cultivating Pinot Blanc — a rare authorized Champagne grape — alongside the three classic varieties.
