About

André Clouet is a family-owned Champagne house founded in 1741, based in Bouzy — a Grand Cru village on the Montagne de Reims renowned for its Pinot Noir. Today led by Jean-François Clouet (JFC), the estate farms 9 hectares of Grand Cru vineyards entirely in Bouzy, cultivated organically. The Dream Vintage collection is the house's flagship series: a retrospective of great Champagne vintages crafted from 100% Chardonnay — remarkable for Bouzy, a village more famous for Pinot Noir. Each release is vinified in Sauternes barrels from Château Doisy Daëne, aged a minimum of 4 years on the lees, and identified by a distinct Cadillac-inspired label colour. The tête de cuvée, Un Jour de 1911, is limited to 1,911 bottles per disgorgement.
