Champagne André Fays is a Récoltant-Manipulant (grower-producer) established in 1973 in Celles-sur-Ource in the Côte des Bar, now run across three generations of the Fays family. The estate cultivates approximately 5 hectares of clay-limestone vineyards in the Ource valley, working with four grape varieties — Pinot Noir, Meunier, Chardonnay, and the rare Pinot Blanc — to produce a small-volume, terroir-driven range of cuvées prized for their balance and consistency.
