About
Champagne Aspasie is a family-owned grower-producer based in Brouillet, in the Ardre Valley to the west of Reims, with winemaking roots documented as far back as 13 January 1794. Now in its fifth generation under Paul-Vincent Ariston, the house farms 12 hectares of certified organic vines — including four rare heritage varieties (Arbanne, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris) alongside the classic Champagne grapes — and presses all fruit in a Coquard press. The brand name honours a family ancestor, and the house is known for terroir-driven, elegant Champagnes with fine bubbles and complex, floral-mineral character.
