Champagne Augustin et fils, also known as Champagne Jean Augustin et fils, is a family grower-producer based in Avenay-Val-d'Or, a Premier Cru village on the Montagne de Reims, with additional parcels on the Côte des Blancs. Led by Marc and Emmanuelle Augustin — together representing nine generations of winegrowers — the estate converted fully to biodynamic farming in 2013, with no use of herbicides or added sulphites, and practices such as lunar-cycle harvesting and permaculture. Their element-themed cuvée range (Air, Terre, Feu, CXVI…) reflects a philosophy of holistic winemaking they call 'cœurviculture' — winemaking with the heart.
