Champagne Barbier-Roze is a family-owned récoltant-manipulant house based in Verzenay, founded when Charles Barbier married Clémence Roze in 1874 and began selling Champagne around 1890; the estate has been producing for five generations, currently led by Benoît Barbier-Roze. Situated exclusively on Grand Cru terroirs in Verzenay and Verzy on the Grande Montagne de Reims — renowned for Pinot Noir — the house crafts a range of cuvées from the three classic Champagne varieties, prioritising sustainable viticulture and traditional winemaking.
