Maison BAUDRY is a family-owned Champagne producer in Neuville-sur-Seine in the Côte des Bar, established in 1660 and now in its 11th generation. The house specializes in traditional méthode Champenoise wines made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a philosophy centered on sustainable viticulture certified by HVE (High Environmental Value) and Terra Vitis standards.
