Champagne Bolieu is run by Laurence and Charles Baffard, third-generation owners since 1998, farming 6.5 hectares around Bassuet in the Côteaux Vitryats. The house was born from a merger of the Baffard, Ortillon and Beaulieu family estates, and its vineyard — mostly Chardonnay on genuine 'Terre de Craie' chalk soils — is farmed with reasoned, nature-protective methods. Visitors are welcomed at the family home 'Aux Pans de Bois'.
