Family grower estate in Chamery, in the Petite Montagne de Reims, founded in 1862 by Grégoire Bonnet and now run by Cyril Bonnet alongside his father Thierry. Roughly 10.5 hectares across some 50 parcels in the Premier Cru villages of Chamery, Vrigny and Coulommes-la-Montagne, plus Grand Cru plots in Verzenay. Farmed organically since 2013 and certified since 2016, with native-yeast spontaneous fermentation, minimal sulfur and low-intervention winemaking across the range.
