Family-operated vineyard in Côte des Bars since 1799. Boulachin lineage began with Joseph Boulachin in Colombé la Fosse; Chaput family independently established in Arrentières since 1862. Merged as Boulachin Chaput in 1996 under Albert and Sylvette Chaput. Eighth generation (Geoffrey) manages approximately 4 hectares across Arrentières, Colombé le Sec, Colombé la Fosse, and Voigny. Grape composition: 66% Pinot Noir, 22% Chardonnay, 12% Pinot Meunier. Practices sustainable viticulture with 50% grass cover and organic soil supplements, pursuing dual certifications.
