Champagne Brigitte Beaufort is a family estate created in 2008 in Bouzy by Brigitte Beaufort, who retrained as a wine-grower before reclaiming full ownership of her vines that year, with her children Anne-Louise and Pierre-Herbert still working alongside her. The estate produces only vintage-dated micro-cuvées from the Bouzy terroir, aged more than 7 years in the cellar, in confidentially small volumes (around 6,000 bottles a year against a potential 40,000). Each numbered bottle discloses its blend, disgorgement date, dosage, and total production run.
