Champagne A. Burguet is a 4th-generation récoltant-manipulant family estate in Crouttes-sur-Marne, founded by André Burguet, who kept his own grapes to produce and commercialise his own champagne. The house is HVE-certified and blends the three main Champagne grape varieties (Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay), using a traditional press for slow juice extraction.
