Champagne By Fernand is a récoltant-manipulant estate in Moslins created in 2013 by Vanessa and Xavier, named after Vanessa's grandfather Fernand. The estate farms a parcelized 6.5-hectare vineyard near Épernay and the Côte des Blancs and positions itself as a modern, low-dosage-leaning house ('little or no dosage') built on family know-how. The range is split into an original 'Collection' (À l'état sauvage, Émotions subtiles, Retour aux sources, Escapade sensorielle) and a smaller 'Nouvelle Collection / Collection Prestige' (Insolent, Hédoniste).
