Family-run grower champagne producer established in early 1900s by Marcel Bonnet post-phylloxera; brand evolved qualitatively/environmentally from 1956. Now run by Adeline Bonnet (4th generation) with father Pascal. Cultivates 5.63 hectares of AOC Champagne vineyard on sunny hillsides suited to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Pesticide-free farming, manual harvest, traditional vinification including amphorae trials.
