Champagne Carole Perseval is a small family estate in Jouy-lès-Reims, in the 'Petite Montagne de Reims' terroir. The 3-hectare vineyard was first planted in 1932 by Carole's grandparents Gisèle and Henri Dumont and Madeleine and Hubert Perseval, developed by her parents Jacqueline and Julien Perseval, and is today run by Carole, who practices reasoned/sustainable viticulture on the traditional Champagne grapes (Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay).
