Champagne Christophe Varlot is a récoltant-manipulant estate run by Stéphanie and Christophe Varlot in Trépail, at the heart of the Montagne de Reims — a small village classified Premier Cru where Chardonnay dominates in a region otherwise known for Pinot Noir. The estate favours traditional, environmentally respectful vineyard practices to express the terroir, and is certified in Viticulture Durable en Champagne (VDC). The range is built around a set of gemstone-named cuvées (Jade, Rubis, Perle, Saphir) sold mainly locally, by appointment, and through the Champagne de Vignerons network.
