About
Champagne Clérambault is the brand of the Cave Coopérative de Neuville-sur-Seine et Buxeuil, founded in 1951 in Neuville-sur-Seine in the Côte des Bar (Aube), the southernmost subregion of Champagne. Its name was inspired by the medieval Clarembaud dynasty, lords of Chappes in the Aube. The cooperative farms around 165 hectares across seven communes and produces wines known for pinot-dominant, fruit-forward styles aged a minimum of three years on the lees.
