About
Colin is a seven-generation grower-producer in Vertus, the Côte des Blancs' southernmost Premier Cru village. The family's 10-hectare estate is planted primarily with Chardonnay across Vertus, Bergères-les-Vertus, Cramant and Oiry, with small holdings of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier in Sézanne. Today run by Delphine Colin, the first woman in a leadership role at the domaine, the house is certified HVE3 (High Environmental Value). The flagship Blanche de Castille is a 100% Chardonnay Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs that consistently overdelivers for its appellation classification.
