About

Founded in 1996 following the union of Olivier Collard and Caroline Picard. The Collard family has cultivated Meunier grapes in the Marne Valley since 1889; the Picard family has tended Chardonnay vines in Côte des Blancs since the same era. 16-hectare estate managed by Olivier, Caroline, and son Alexandre (joined since 2024 harvest). Philosophy emphasizes merging Pinot power with Chardonnay finesse, with focus on sustainable practices, moderate yields, and natural balance.
