About

Champagne Dallancourt is a récoltant-manipulant estate based in Épernay, founded in 2010 by Virginie Baudette and her husband Antoine Lutun, bringing together two small family-run properties (the brand name honours Virginie's mother). The estate farms under 5 hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with vines aged 10 to 75 years, spread across the south-east side of the Montagne de Reims in the communes of Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Ay, Mutigny and Fontaine-sur-Ay. The estate is HVE-certified and offers 'D Time' tasting experiences (sabrage, horizontal tastings, food pairings) from its Épernay tasting cellar. The range comprises five cuvées: Iconique (entry Brut), Parenthèse Rosée, Blanc (Blanc de Blancs), Noir (Extra Brut), and Rémanence (also marketed as 'Prestige').
