Champagne De Sloovere-Pienne is a family estate spanning five generations, based on the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay and drawing fruit from the Vallée de l'Ardre, Côte des Blancs, and Vallée de la Marne. The 8-hectare vineyard is farmed under 'viticulture raisonnée' (sustainable/reasoned viticulture) with all three Champagne grape varieties, and the estate has committed to an ambitious ecological transition reducing chemical use and restoring biodiversity. Today the house is run by mother and daughter, Emeline and Chantal.
