Champagne Del'Ozart (legal entity SCEV David-Del'Hozanne) is a family estate in Vincelles, in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne, farming approximately 8.6 hectares spread across Vincelles and Verneuil. The family traces nine generations of winegrowing; great-grandparents Marcel Del'Hozanne and Hélène Guiborat founded the Champagne brand Del'Hozanne-Guiborat around 1920, which was commercialised until WWII, after which the devastated region's Vincelles growers united into a cooperative and the family brand lapsed. After rediscovering an original period label, the family relaunched champagne production under its own name; siblings Déborah and Swann took over the domaine in 2020 and became independent growers (vignerons indépendants) again in 2022. The estate farms Meunier (over 80% of the vineyard, thriving in the valley's humid, south-facing terroir), plus Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and a small parcel of Pinot Gris. It sells two ranges: Del'Hozanne-Guiborat, a traditional line (Réserve, Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, Millésime 2009), and Del'OZ ART, dedicated to the estate's certified-organic cuvées (Assemblage, Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, and the single-parcel, oak-aged Cuvée Paradis Sud). Roughly half the domaine is certified Agriculture Biologique (organic, since 2013), and the whole estate carries Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE3, since 2019) and Viticulture Durable en Champagne (VDC, since 2018) certifications.
