Didier Cailliez

A family estate ('exploitation familiale') in Verneuil, on the north bank of the Vallée de la Marne between Epernay and Dormans, run by Didier and Virginie Cailliez, who took over the vineyard from Didier's viticulteur grandfather. The estate farms the three classic Champagne varieties (Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay) on the sunny slopes of Verneuil, following 'viticulture raisonnée' (integrated/reasoned viticulture) and sustainable-development practices. Legal form: EARL (Exploitation Agricole à Responsabilité Limitée), registered with the Comité Champagne (SIRET 78038582900012).
