A family estate in Le Breuil, in the Vallée du Surmelin (a sub-valley of the Vallée de la Marne), worked by the same family for four generations, combining traditional methods with modern technology. Certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE), the highest of the three French environmental certifications, covering biodiversity protection, phytosanitary strategy, and fertilization/water resource management. The vineyard is 7.31 ha of Pinot Meunier and 56 ares (~0.56 ha) of Chardonnay. Several cuvees carry family names: 'Marie-Claire' (the second names of family members Estelle and Sabine), 'Flo Dry' (after Florian's nickname), and a historical 'Cuvée Clotaire' (named for Didier's paternal grandfather, referenced in the house history but not currently sold as a separate product).
