A family Champagne house founded in the 1950s in Saint-Martin-d'Ablois, on the southern slopes of Épernay (Les Coteaux Sud d'Épernay), by Adrien Didier (a WWII résistant and survivor of the Mauthausen camps) and Yvonne Ducos. Second generation Christophe and Dominique Didier took over in the 1970s; third generation Nicolas and Clotilde Didier have run the estate since 2001. Récoltants-Manipulants who control every step of production from vine to glass. The 8-hectare vineyard lies between Vinay and Saint-Martin-d'Ablois, planted with all three Champagne varieties with a dominant Pinot Meunier - the house's signature grape. Certified Viticulture Durable en Champagne (VDC) and Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE), and has received European FEADER funding for soil-management equipment.
