Famille Collet is a small grower producer based in Fontaine-Denis, run by brothers Thomas and Florent Collet, who craft Champagnes from 17 parcels across a mosaic of chalk and flint soils. Their approach emphasizes precision in blending and the use of reserve wines, with organic viticulture and a focus on terroir expression. The wines are designed for immediate pleasure and intended to accompany shared moments from casual aperitifs to celebrations.
