Le Grand Jardin 2020 is now released. Our oldest Oger vines — planted in 1967, massale selection, no clones — fermented in old French oak and aged under cork for 48 months on lees. Zero dosage. Only 1,200 bottles produced. A wine that asks for patience but rewards generously.

About
One of Champagne's most exciting young estates. Quentin Vincey returned to his family's eight-generation grape-growing legacy in Oger in 2014 and, with Marine, launched their own label from the 2014 harvest. Certified Demeter biodynamic, the domaine farms Grand Cru parcels in Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Vertus — exclusively Chardonnay, exclusively vintage, exclusively oak-fermented. Riddling is done by hand, disgorgement under cork. The wines have rapidly claimed a place among the Côte des Blancs' finest.
From the House
Our Oger Grand Cru pairs beautifully with aged Comté — the wine's oak fermentation and brut nature dosage find a natural affinity with the nutty, crystalline texture of a 24-month Comté. A pairing that stays on the palate long after the glass is empty.
We bottle on the new moon — not as a ritual but as a practical biodynamic tool to reduce the risk of refermentation and capture the wines at their most precise moment. 2024 was our fifth year of full Demeter certification, and the difference in vine energy compared to our early years is visible and measurable.
