Esterlin

About

Founded in February 1948 by three families (Fransoret, Dehu, and Cadestin) in Mancy near Epernay. Operates 110 hectares with nearly 200 members. Located at 25 avenue de Champagne, Epernay. Produces eight different Champagnes without malolactic fermentation, fermented at 16°C with second fermentation stopped to preserve acidity.
