Fleury

Domaine Fleury, founded in 1895 and operated by the 4th generation of the family, is located in Courteron in the Côte des Bar, southern Champagne. The estate has been practicing biodynamic viticulture since 1989 (partial) and 1992 (total). The family is known for innovation, including being the first in Champagne to convert to biodynamic farming. The 15-hectare vineyard is planted primarily in Pinot Noir (85%), with Chardonnay (10%), Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Meunier. The estate operates under the motto 'L'art d'être naturel' (The art of being natural).
