Winegrower since 1994 in Puisieulx (Grand Cru), François Chaumont is the first-generation winemaker in the family, operating a 5-hectare vineyard. The estate specializes in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the chalk-rich terroir of Puisieulx. Since 2008, Chaumont has vinified his own harvest using the facilities and expertise of his wife Marie-Hélène Littière's family winery in Oeuilly, combining tradition with innovation and sustainable viticulture practices (certified High Environmental Value level 3 since 2018).
