Récoltant-manipulant operating for 4 generations on the terroir of Fleury-la-Rivière, 10 km from Épernay in the Marne Valley. Vineyard composition: 55% Meunier, 25% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir. Vines average 30 years old. Characteristic calcareous soil rich in marine fossils imparts mineral notes. Pressing center established 1978. Manual harvesting, barrel vinification, temperature-controlled tanks, in-house bottling, extended aging, riddling, and manual disgorging.
