Champagne Gauthier-Christophe is a récoltant-manipulant (grower-producer) based in Chouilly, one of the 17 Grand Cru villages of the Côte des Blancs. The Gauthier family has produced Champagne across three generations; Serge Gauthier and his wife Jacqueline Christophe founded the house in 1988, and it is now run by Laurent and Catherine Gauthier. As independent growers, they produce wines exclusively from estate-grown grapes, following sustainable farming practices.
