Family grower Champagne house run by Jocelyne (née Copin) and Jean-Marc Legouge, based at 6 rue de l'Abbé Bernard, 51700 Verneuil. The family vineyard (just over 5 ha) is located in Vandières, on the south-facing slopes of the Vallée de la Marne between Épernay and Dormans, on clay-limestone soil especially suited to Meunier - the estate's own vineyard planting is 80% Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir, 5% Chardonnay. Jocelyne's father, Serge Copin, first commercialized champagne under his own name in 1962; Jocelyne and Jean-Marc took over in 1992 and created the Champagne Legouge-Copin brand. HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) and VDC (Viticulture Durable en Champagne) certified since 2019. All cuvees are aged a minimum of 4 years in cellar before release. Range of 7 named Champagne cuvees plus a Ratafia Champenois IGP.
