Family Champagne house run by Nadine and Eric, five generations deep, based in Marcilly, Barzy-sur-Marne, in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne. Founded in 1887 by Eugène Dehan on the Adret (sunnier, right-bank) side; Marcel Lévêque's 1952 marriage to Lucienne Dehan (the founder's granddaughter) brought Ubac (left-bank, Troissy) vineyard land as dowry and created the Lévêque-Dehan brand; Eric took over with wife Nadine in 1986. Farms 5.5 hectares across both the Adret (80% of plantings, clay-limestone, sun-facing, 'naturellement ronds' style) and Ubac (chalk/sand/clay, later-harvested, 'puissance et caractère' style) slopes, growing Pinot Meunier (70% of the valley's plantings), Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certified. Winner of the 2018 Prix Pierre Cheval ('Professionnels du Champagne'). Offers wine-tourism visits/tastings at the property.
