About
Family-owned estate in Bonneil (UNESCO World Heritage Site), south of Aisne at the western end of Champagne. Established as RM (récoltant-manipulant) in 1996, taken over by Guillaume in 2003. Vineyard of 8 hectares, primarily Pinot Meunier with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Converted to organic viticulture (certified from 2022 harvest) and biodynamic practices (Demeter certified from 2023 harvest). Known for massal selection heritage and sustainable viticulture.
