Family-run champagne house in Mailly-Champagne, a Grand Cru village in the Montagne de Reims. 3.6 hectares of vineyard cultivated with reasoned viticulture, HVE-VDC certified (2020). Encépagement: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay across 22 parcels. Manual harvesting, inox tank and oak barrel vinification. Bottles aged on lees 3-7 years before disgorgement.
