Family Champagne house in Épernay, four generations deep (since Elie Moreau's 'Champagne Elie Moreau' brand, 1932). André succeeded Elie; Fabrice succeeded André in 1985 and expanded the family vineyard with wife Noëlle; Fabrice and son Nicolas created the SCEV 'Fabrice Moreau & Fils' in 2016, and Nicolas took over commercially in 2017, launching the 'Champagne Nicolas Moreau' brand and pursuing HVE certification (June 2019). Farms 5 hectares across three flagship terroirs: Épernay, Hautvillers (Premier Cru, prized for Pinot Noir), and Chouilly (Grand Cru, prized for Chardonnay). Own vineyard planting: 60% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 10% Meunier. Minimum 36 months lees aging plus 3 months minimum post-disgorgement rest.
