Founded 1947 as an association of seven Grand and Premier Cru winegrowers in the Montagne de Reims; brand established 1948, based in Reims since 1959. Today sources from ~350 growers across ~400+ hectares, with over 200 hectares classified Grand/Premier Cru. House style leans higher Chardonnay (~50%) than typical Champagne blends, with extended lees ageing well beyond appellation minimums.
