Family grower Champagne house (récoltant-manipulant) in Épernay, founded over 40 years ago by Marie-Madeleine and Patrick Boivin; now run by their two daughters, Céline (production/vineyard) and Baptistine (commercial). 6 hectares across six parcels, mainly on the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay and in the Vallée de la Marne, on communes classified Premier Cru (including Pierry, Cumières, Brugny-Vaudancourt, Damery), plus a single-parcel 'clos' planted directly around the family domaine in Épernay. ~50,000 bottles/year, 40% exported within the EU. Ages wines well beyond the legal minimums.
