Domaine founded 1907 by Paul Clouet; run since 1992 by his granddaughter Marie-Thérèse Bonnaire (née Clouet), now with her sons Jean-Étienne and Jean-Emmanuel. ~3 hectares in Bouzy Grand Cru (Pinot Noir). HVE certified, in organic conversion. Sold via the Bonnaire & Clouet joint boutique (homobulla.com) alongside Champagne Bonnaire (a separate, related estate in Cramant run by the same family). NOTE: exact family relationship to André Clouet is disputed across sources (third-party retailers describe Paul as André's father; Luca described him as André's brother) — flagged for direct verification, not resolved here.
