Established in 1610, Paul Déthune is an independent winegrower in Ambonnay, a Grand Cru village in the Montagne de Reims. Owned by Pierre and Sophie Déthune, the house is committed to sustainable viticulture with zero insecticides and herbicides, organic fertilizers, and biodiversity protection through beehive installation. The entire estate began organic conversion in 2019 and has been certified for environmental stewardship. They produce ten 100% Grand Cru champagnes, specializing in expressions of Pinot Noir combined with Chardonnay.
