Champagne Paul Sadi was created in 2012 by Jérôme and Magdeline Portier to honor Jérôme's grandfathers Paul Portier and Sadi Malot, merging two family winemaking traditions from Beaumont-sur-Vesle and Villers-Marmery. The house is rooted in over a century of family history, beginning with Virgile Portier's founding of Champagne Virgile Portier in 1924 and continuing through generations of Récoltant-Manipulant winemaking. Committed to sustainable viticulture with biocontrol practices since 2020, the house manages vineyards averaging 46 years old across Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites, with 25% of production aged in oak barrels to develop a distinctive oenological signature.
