About
Pertois-Lebrun is a fifth-generation family estate in Cramant, founded in 1955 following the marriage of Paul Pertois and Françoise Lebrun. Today led by brothers Clément and Antoine Bouret, the estate farms 9.7 hectares across five Grand Cru villages — Cramant, Chouilly, Oiry, Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger — plus Premier Cru parcels in Cuis and Villeneuve. The estate has been undergoing organic conversion since 2020. All wines are exclusively Blanc de Blancs from 100% Chardonnay, vinified parcel by parcel in stainless steel with partial oak, aged 4-5 years on the lees and released with very low dosage.
