Biodynamic estate established in the 1970s by Philippe's parents, with vineyard parcels across Cramant, Avize, Chouilly, Oiry, Epernay, and Ay. Transitioned to biodynamic farming by 2012 with organic certification (AB Ecocert, 2014), Demeter certification (2015), and Biodyvin certification (2020). Partners with winemaker Hervé Jestin since 2009. Emphasizes minimal sulfite use, eliminated entirely from 2015 onward.
