Baptiste & Charles Ponsart is a young, artisan grower-Champagne domaine established in 2016, based in Janvry at the crossroads of the Petite Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de la Marne. The family has cultivated vines in the area for several generations — their grandfather co-founded the village cooperative — and the brothers now vinify their own grapes with a commitment to spontaneous fermentation, oak-barrel aging, and minimal intervention. Their small-production cuvées, led by the iconic 'Les Vergers' Blanc de Blancs, are celebrated for their precision, freshness, and terroir-driven complexity.
